1. Team Framework
Teams may consist of up to two (2) advisors and seven (7) team members. From the seven (7) team members, teams will choose five (5) members to compete in the competition.
2. One advisor may have up to two (2) teams per school program.
For example, if your school has both a magnet program and also a traditional program within the school, the school may have two advisors who may each lead up to 2 teams (one advisor for the magnet program with up to two teams and another advisor from the traditional program with up to two teams.) There is a maximum of 4 teams total from a school.
3. Organizational teams
An organization may put together up to two (2) teams made up of students attending different high schools. If a student chooses to represent an organization, they may not also represent their high school team. Examples of organizational teams include: museums science centers, aquariums, etc. Organizations may choose to create a team from high school students who volunteer for the organization.
4. Changes to Roster
IMPORTANT: If any changes to the roster need to be made (for example, changing team members, t-shirt sizes, or lunch orders), they must be done via email to Dawn (email@example.com) by the registration deadline in order for team members to be considered on the "original roster." Names on the original roster may be changed up to five (5) business days before the event, however, t-shirt and lunch orders will not be changed.
